Gas turbo kiln UMBRA FORNI mod. TURBO.FIRING.LINE - 4 m3, 1100°C

The gas turbo kiln UMBRA FORNI mod. TURBO FIRING LINE is designed for a maximum working temperature of 1100°C and offers a useful loading capacity of 4 m³, with internal dimensions of 1300 x 2650 x 1300 mm. The insulation system is made of ceramic fibre combined with thin refractory slabs, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency.

The kiln is equipped with 2 cars (1 inside and 1 in stand-by), mounted on Vulkollan wheels. It is powered by 10 burners working with natural gas (CH4) and is supplied complete with thermocouples for precise temperature monitoring. The equipment also includes an electric switchboard with microprocessor Ably TC85, a safety thermoregulator Pixsys, a motorized chimney opening/closing system, a 350 mm diameter chimney pipe and a heat exchanger for improved performance.

The power supply is 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase. The overall installed dimensions of the kiln are 2580 x 4250 x 2970 mm, while the cars measure 1500 x 2950 x 530 mm, the electric switchboard 650 x 600 x 1800 mm and the heat exchanger with fan 500 x 2600 x 550 mm.

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photos is not included. If required, it can be supplied separately. Only the first floor of slabs on the cars (hearth) and its supports are included.
