Heavy duty blunger VICENTINI mod. TD 5000

The heavy duty blunger VICENTINI mod. TD 5000 is a high-performance machine designed for the preparation of ceramic slip and body under heavy-duty working conditions.

The tank, with a useful capacity of 5 m³ and a total capacity of 6.8 m³, features a bottom made of anti-abrasive hard steel, ensuring excellent wear resistance and long-lasting reliability. The rotor, also in anti-abrasive hard steel, has a diameter of 1000 mm and a speed of 140 rpm, and is in as-new condition, as are the fixed paddles.

The heavy duty blunger is complete with a brand new auxiliary impeller (never mounted) with a diameter of 1100 mm, a 3-inch ball discharge valve, and support legs with a height of 690 mm. It is powered by a 37 kW motor, 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase.

The total weight of the machine is 3600 kg, and its overall dimensions are 2430 x 2830 mm (diameter x height).
