Extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 2 series D

The extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 2 series D is a compact and heavy-duty unit designed for processing and extrusion of clay bodies in the ceramic and brick industry, suitable for small to medium production lines. Its industrial design and technical configuration allow reliable and consistent operation.

It provides an indicative production of 4-6 t/h and is fitted with an exit auger diameter of 250/300 mm (to be verified), allowing configuration according to production needs. The machine is complete with an oil vacuum pump, essential for improving body quality and extrusion performance, and is equipped with a 22 kW extruder motor. Power supply is 400V / 50Hz three-phase. The total weight is about 2,600 kg, ensuring good structural stability.

Attention: before use, the extruder must be completely emptied, as the material currently inside is dry.
