Description
The extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 4 series E is an industrial unit designed for continuous processing and extrusion of clay bodies for the ceramic and brick industry, suitable for medium-capacity production lines. It provides an indicative production of 12-15 t/h and is equipped with screws that ensures stable material feed and compaction. The machine is complete with die-holder mouth ready for die installation, and a oil vacuum pump. It features a 22 kW extruder motor and operates with 400V/50Hz three-phase power supply. The total weight is about 6000 kg, reflecting a solid industrial structure.
Attention: before use, the extruder must be completely emptied, as the material currently inside is dry.
