Featuring a useful loading capacity of 3 m³ and dimensions of 1050 mm (width) x 2660 mm (length) x 1050 mm (height), the SAFF kiln is designed to accommodate a variety of products while ensuring optimal firing results. Its muffled design allows the flame to circulate within a refractory interspace, providing controlled and even heating.

The kiln is equipped with 2 cars mounted on durable Vulkollan wheels for smooth operation. It boasts an impressive array of 20 burners fueled by natural gas (CH4), delivering reliable and efficient performance. Additionally, the kiln is complete with an electric switchboard featuring a Pixsys mod. ATR-313 microprocessor for advanced control and monitoring, alongside a Pixsys mod. ATR142 safety thermoregulator to ensure safe operation.

Operating on a 400 Volt power supply with a total power output of 5 kW, this kiln is built for compatibility with standard industrial electrical systems. The overall dimensions of the kiln are 2390 mm (width) x 4950 mm (length) x 2550 mm (height) (+50 mm with switchboard), making it suitable for a range of production environments.
