Gas turbo kiln MORETTI mod. TURBOFAN

The MORETTI gas turbo kiln mod. TURBOFAN FRNA/2 is a robust, high-capacity kiln, ideal for intensive, high-temperature firing applications. Manufactured in 2000 and currently in used condition, this kiln is built for dependable performance, reaching a maximum working temperature of 1400°C.

With a loading capacity of 2 m³ and internal dimensions of 1050 mm (width) x 1900 mm (length) x 1200 mm (height), the MORETTI kiln accommodates a variety of firing loads. Its design includes 2 cars mounted on Vulkollan wheels for durability and smooth mobility. The kiln also features an electric tractor for assisted car movement, enhancing convenience and workflow efficiency.

The kiln is powered by 6 natural gas burners and a 3 kW combustion fan for effective heat distribution. A Moretti electric switchboard with a built-in microprocessor and a safety thermoregulator ensure controlled and safe operation. For precise airflow management, it includes a reverse flame chimney at the car floor level and an additional roof chimney for cooling, adding flexibility in temperature control.

Operating on a three-phase 400 Volt power supply, this kiln fits seamlessly into industrial power setups. The overall kiln dimensions are 2800 mm (width) x 2380 mm (length for transport) x 3250 mm (height) x 2550 mm (+400 mm with hood), making it suitable for production environments with substantial requirements.

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture shown in photos is not included. If needed, we offer it separately. The package includes only the first floor of slabs and its supports on the cars.
