Gas turbo kiln FICOLA mod. TURBO ECO - 1,3 m3, 1300 °C

The gas turbo kiln FICOLA mod. TURBO ECO is a robust and efficient solution for high-temperature firing processes in industrial ceramic production. Designed for precision and durability, it offers a maximum working temperature of 1300°C, making it suitable for a wide range of firing cycles and materials.

The kiln features a useful loading capacity of 1.3 m³, with internal dimensions of 850 x 1400 x 1100 mm, providing ample space for medium-scale production batches. The structure is insulated with ceramic fibre, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency and consistent temperature control throughout the firing process.

Equipped with one car with Vulkollan wheels, the kiln allows for smooth loading and unloading operations. It is powered by four natural gas burners (CH₄) and supported by a 0.75 kW combustion fan, delivering reliable and controlled combustion. Temperature management is handled by an electronic switchboard with Pixsys ATR-11 microprocessor, allowing precise programming and monitoring of the firing curve.

The kiln operates on a 400V / 50Hz three-phase power supply and is designed with a 250 mm diameter chimney for effective exhaust ventilation. The overall kiln dimensions are 2070 x 2900 x 2100 mm (plus 300 mm for the hood and 100 mm for the electric switchboard), while the car, combustion fan, and switchboard each have compact, space-efficient designs that support easy integration into production environments.

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photos is not included in the sale. Only the car’s first floor of slabs and its supports are included. If needed, the refractory furniture can be offered separately.
