The NETZSCH mod. Fig. 250 - Gr. 25 stainless steel is a robust and high-capacity de-airing pugmill, ideal for processing clay in industrial ceramic production. The machine features an aluminium body lined with stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.


It is equipped with two stainless steel screws, each with a diameter of 250 mm, designed to efficiently homogenize and compress the clay. The extrusion system includes a cylindrical barrel with a round exit of 165 mm to shape the clay rod, and is supplied with a conical stainless steel reduction die with a diameter of 150 mm.


This model is complete with a water vacuum pump, mounted on a dedicated stand and equipped with a water tank, to ensure optimal de-airing of the clay. The main motor has a power of 11 kW, and the vacuum pump motor is rated at 4 kW, both operating on a 400V/50Hz three-phase system.


The total machine weight is 2650 kg, with overall dimensions of 2800 (+450 cylindrical barrel +100 reduction die) x 1100 x 1700 mm (+300 mm support legs). It also includes an electric switchboard and vacuum pump stand, both compact and space-efficient.


Please note: before operating the machine, it is essential to completely empty it as the clay is currently dry.
