Universal finishing unit TAC mod. RIF-3 - suitable for round, oval, rectangular and square objects

The universal finishing unit TAC mod. RIF-3 is designed for the processing of round, oval, rectangular, and square objects, ensuring precision and consistent quality in finishing operations.

The machine is built with stainless steel parts in contact with water and features three independent finishing stations, each equipped with washing and squeezing sponges, with adjustable sponge approaching speed and pressure, as well as an exclusion system for each single station.

The work cycle is controlled via foot pedal, while the workpiece is held by an adjustable strenght vacuum pump, ensuring stability and precision during operation. The finishing unit requires compressed air and water supply, with an air consumption of 1200 Nl/min, and includes adjustable object holder wheel rotation speed.

It operates at 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, has a power of 1.2 kW, a weight of 245 kg, and the overall dimensions are 1050 x 1050 x 1130 mm. The machine comes with a user manual and CE certification.
