Gas turbo kiln MORETTI mod. FRTA3 series CD/F - 3 m3, 1300°C

The gas turbo kiln MORETTI mod. FRTA3 series CD/F is designed to ensure reliable and efficient firing cycles up to a maximum working temperature of 1300°C, making it suitable for medium-scale ceramic production. The kiln provides a useful loading capacity of 3 m³, with a firing chamber having indicative dimensions of 1100 x 2450 x 1450 mm (to be verified), fully lined with ceramic fibre insulation to guarantee high thermal efficiency.

Material handling is carried out by two cars running on rails, ensuring stability and ease of operation during loading and unloading phases. The heating system consists of 8 burners powered by natural gas (CH4), delivering a total thermal power of 320,000 kcal/h, which ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber.

The kiln is complete with a thermocouple, an electric switchboard with Pixsys microprocessor mod. ATR 313, and a safety thermoregulator Pixsys mod. ATR 236, providing precise and safe control of the firing cycle. It is also equipped with a heat exchanger, contributing to optimized thermal management. Electrical supply is 400V / 50Hz three-phase.

Once installed, the kiln has indicative overall dimensions of 2100 x 3100 x 2520 mm (to be verified).

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photos is not included; if required, it can be supplied separately. Only the first floor of slabs on the cars and their supports are included.
