Description
The gas turbo kiln PAGNOTTA mod. STATFR is a high-capacity thermal processing unit designed for industrial ceramic production. It reaches a maximum working temperature of 1400°C and provides a large useful loading capacity of 5 m³, making it ideal for high-throughput operations that demand reliable and uniform heat distribution.
Its internal useful dimensions are 1200 x 3150 x 1500 mm, offering substantial space for firing large batches. The kiln is equipped with two cars mounted on Vulkollan wheels, ensuring smooth and durable handling, and features 10 high-efficiency burners that can operate with natural gas (CH₄) or LPG. The ceramic fibre insulation ensures excellent thermal efficiency and reduced heat loss.
Control and monitoring are handled by a reliable Ably TC85 microprocessor-based electric switchboard, ensuring precise regulation of the firing cycle.
With overall dimensions of 2850 x 5250 x 3160 mm, the PAGNOTTA STATFR model is built for demanding industrial environments.
Please note: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photos is not included. Only the first floor of slabs on the cars and their supports are included. Additional furniture can be offered separately upon request.
