Description
The ventilated air static chamber dryer CM is a robust and efficient solution for industrial drying processes, designed to ensure optimal air circulation and precise control of humidity and temperature. With a useful loading capacity of 85 m³ and internal chamber dimensions of 9300 x 4000 x 2200 mm, it provides ample space for uniform and controlled drying cycles.
The chamber is equipped with four sliding front panels for easy access and handling. Air is evenly distributed through stainless steel diffusers, while the recirculation system with moving fan guarantees consistent drying performance.
The system includes a forced draught natural gas burner RIELLO Gulliver BS1 type 913T1, a hot air generator RIELLO ACR 100/2 G with heat exchanger, and dedicated microprocessors for advanced humidity (GEFRAN mod. 3500/S) and temperature (TECNOLOGIC mod. TCHP100) regulation. This integration ensures highly accurate and automated process control.
With a burner power of 0.35 kW and a dryer fan power of 3 kW, the unit combines energy efficiency with reliability. It operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply.
The complete installation requires an overall dimensions of 11000 x 4200 x 2750 mm for the static chamber dryer. The overall dimensions of the hot air generator are 1400 x 800 x 2500 mm, and for the electric switchboard are 500 x 260 x 750 mm.
