The slow agitator VICENTINI mod. LABOR 25 is designed for mixing and keeping ceramic slip, glazes and other liquid materials in suspension, ensuring slow and uniform agitation inside the tank. Thanks to its robust construction and complete equipment, it is an ideal solution for ceramic plants requiring reliable and continuous operation.

The unit is complete with a stainless steel tank featuring useful dimensions of 2000 x 1200 mm (diameter x height) and overall dimensions of 2150 x 1900 mm (diameter x height), providing high storage capacity together with excellent resistance to corrosion and wear.

The mixing system consists of two iron rake-type paddles, designed to keep the material continuously in motion, preventing sedimentation and ensuring homogeneous mixing throughout the working cycle.

The machine is also complete with a bottom drain, allowing easy emptying of the tank, and a VICENTINI mod. 300 x 500 vibrating sieve, featuring a double-net configuration with filter container, ideal for filtering ceramic slip before the subsequent production stages.

The system operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation.
