Ball mill VICENTINI mod. ALSING 50

The ball mill VICENTINI mod. ALSING 50 is a compact and efficient solution for small to medium grinding applications in ceramic or materials laboratories. The drum has internal dimensions of 600 x 600 mm and an unlined volume of 160 liters.

The drum is internally lined with alumina in good condition, and the machine is complete with grinding media consisting of alumina balls and silica pebbles, ensuring effective material reduction. It can handle dry charges between 50 and 65 kg, and features a loading opening with a 145 mm diameter.

The machine is powered by a 1.1 kW three-phase motor (400V / 50 Hz). The overall machine weight is 350 kg, and its footprint measures 1300 x 1350 x 1700 mm.

Important notice: the drum contains residual yellow ceramic glaze to be cleaned by the customer, and while the machine is in working condition, it is advisable to replace the electric motor to ensure optimal and reliable performance.
