Heavy duty blunger VICENTINI mod. TD500

The heavy duty blunger VICENTINI mod. TD500 is a durable, high-capacity mixer ideal for handling abrasive materials in industrial applications. This used model is designed with a robust anti-abrasive steel tank, providing exceptional longevity and performance in demanding environments.

The tank has a useful capacity of 500 liters (total capacity 600 liters) with internal dimensions of 900 mm (diameter) x 1000 mm (height). It includes a rotor made from anti-abrasive steel, offering a 450 mm diameter and operating at 290 rpm, with 95% life remaining to ensure continued efficiency. The anti-abrasive steel fixed paddles are currently missing but will be supplied new and installed prior to shipment, ready to support seamless mixing operations.

The heavy duty blunger is equipped with a 390 mm x 310 mm loading mouth and operates on a 7.5 kW motor, requiring a 400 Volt / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, suitable for standard industrial setups. With overall dimensions of 1100 mm (diameter) x 2540 mm (height) and a weight of 500 kg, it’s engineered for stability and high performance.
