Gas turbo kiln FICOLA - 22 m3, 1300°C

The gas turbo kiln FICOLA is a high-capacity and efficient solution for industrial ceramic firing processes. Designed with durability and precision in mind, it reaches a maximum working temperature of 1300°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of firing cycles and ceramic materials.

The kiln offers a useful loading capacity of slightly more than 22 m³, with internal dimensions of 2100 x 2500 x 1550 mm (width x length x height). Its modular design, composed of 4 sections, ensures flexibility and reliability, while the ceramic fibre insulation guarantees excellent thermal efficiency and stable temperature distribution.

The system is equipped with 6 cars (3 in operation + 3 in stand-by), each running on rail wheels with a diameter of 190 mm. Firing is powered by 35 HVTA 75 natural gas burners (CH₄), providing a total thermal power of 2,450,000 Kcal/h . Combustion is supported by an 18.5 kW fan, while heat recovery is ensured by 2 exchanger hoods with 4.5 kW fans.

Temperature management and firing curve programming are controlled through an electronic switchboard equipped with a Pixsys ATR 313 microprocessor, safety thermoregulator, and pressure control system. The kiln also includes a reverse flame chimney at car floor level, enhancing combustion efficiency.

The kiln operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply. Overall installed dimensions are 9500 x 4150 x 3650 mm, with cars overall dimensions 2100 x 2500 x 600 mm and a switchboard overall dimensions 1000 x 600 x 2000 mm.
