Gas turbo kiln JOB FORNI mod. PULSAR BRICK - 6 m3, 1450°C, bricks lining

The gas turbo kiln JOB FORNI mod. PULSAR BRICK is a high-performance solution for industrial ceramic and refractory firing processes, designed to operate at a maximum working temperature of 1450°C. Built with high-temperature refractory brick insulation, it ensures durability, thermal stability, and energy efficiency during intensive firing cycles.

The kiln provides a useful loading capacity of 6 m³, with internal dimensions of 1200 x 3950 x 1250 mm (+200 mm at the center of the arch), making it ideal for medium- to large-scale production. It is equipped with 4 cars (2 inside and 2 on standby) running on rails, with wheels of 190 mm diameter. Car handling is managed through a manual translator system, while the standby rails extend up to 15200 mm to accommodate operations.

Firing is powered by 10 stainless steel burners operating on natural gas (CH₄), delivering a total thermal power of 1.500.000 kcal/h. Combustion and safety management are supported by a complete electronic system, including a Pixsys ATR 313 microprocessor and a Pixsys ATR 144 safety thermoregulator. The kiln also features a post-combustor and an air ducting system under the sole for additional cooling, ensuring optimal process control and safety.

The kiln requires 7.5 kW electrical power, operating at 400 V / 50 Hz, three-phase. Its installed overall dimensions are 2800 x 6000 x 3070 mm, with each car measuring 1230 x 2000 x 560 mm and the post-combustor 1600 x 700 x 1600 mm. The kiln has a total weight of 12 tons, while each car weighs 1300 kg.

Attention: the refractory kiln furniture shown in the photos is not included in the sale. Only the cars’ first floor of slabs and supports are included. If required, the refractory furniture can be offered separately.
