Marble calibrating and polishing machine ARENA mod. LFM 4+1 - used to rectify the refractory slabs

The calibrating and polishing machine ARENA mod. LFM 4+1 is designed for thickness calibration, ensuring high precision and consistency in processing. It is equipped with 3 working heads fitted with diamond disks with a diameter of 700 mm + 2 finishing heads, allowing the machining of pieces up to 620 mm in width and 60 mm in height.

The pieces handling system is based on a belt conveyor with dimensions of 680 x 6600 mm, ensuring stability and continuity during the rectifying process. The machine is complete with electric switchboard and features dedicated motors: 2 HP for the belt, 10 HP for the spindle, and 2 HP for the bridge translation. The machine manual and CE certification are also available.

It operates at 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, with a total weight of 14,000 kg. The overall dimensions of the rectifying machine are 1800 x 6600 x 2100 mm.

The machine was used as a grinding unit for refractory plates, operating with only the three calibration heads to ensure excellent thickness uniformity and surface quality of the product.
