Extruder/brick production machine BONGIOANNI mod. 15 M

The extruder/brick production machine BONGIOANNI mod. 15 M is a heavy-duty unit designed for continuous clay processing, suitable for brick and extruded product manufacturing lines, with an indicative production capacity of 13 to 20 t/h depending on the material and operating conditions. The extrusion group is equipped with screws with diameter 400/500 mm (to be verified), sized to ensure high throughput and stable operation.

The unit is equipped with a machine motor rated at 55 kW, ensuring high torque, continuous operation, and reliable performance even under heavy-duty working conditions.The machine is also complete with a 2,2 kW oil vacuum pump DVP, which improves body compaction and final product quality by reducing residual air in the mix. Electrical supply is 400V / 50Hz three-phase, making it compatible with standard industrial installations.

The unit has an approximate weight of 7,500 kg, reflecting its solid and robust construction for demanding use. When installed, the extruder has overall dimensions of 2500 x 5050 x 2270 mm, and requires adequate in-line operating space.

Please note: before use, the extruder must be completely emptied, as the material currently inside is dry.
