Description
The KEMA mod. PVP 35 de-airing pugmill is a highly efficient, used machine designed for industrial clay processing. Built from durable mild steel, it supports heavy-duty operations while producing a consistent clay output with an exit diameter of 370 mm. The pugmill is equipped with two 350 mm screws, also in mild steel, ensuring robust, reliable mixing and extrusion.
For optimized material flow, the pugmill’s extrusion mouth includes a 750 mm conical barrel and an 800 mm cylindrical barrel, which provide controlled compaction and shaping. An aluminum vacuum chamber pairs with a water vacuum pump to achieve a high-quality, de-aired clay consistency, complete with a stand for the vacuum pump to streamline the setup.
Driven by a 22 kW upper motor and a 30 kW lower motor, the machine operates smoothly under demanding conditions. With an approximate weight of 7000 kg and dimensions of 1350 x 4850 x 1850 mm, the PVP 35 offers a robust and compact solution suitable for high-capacity production lines.
