Double shaft mixer MORANDO mod. MBAF 4

The double shaft mixer MORANDO mod. MBAF 4 is designed to ensure efficient and consistent material mixing. The mixing tank measures 2900 x 800 mm and allows an indicative production of 15/20 m³/h. The screw paddles, with a diameter of 420 mm, guarantee homogeneous material processing.

The machine is complete with filter grid, metal carpentry support structure with stair and mezzanine, and a loading conveyor belt with a useful width of 450 mm, which facilitates material feeding into the mixer.

The system operates with an electrical supply of 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase and a power of 37 kW. The weight of the mixer is 4600 kg. The overall dimensions of the mixer are 5050 x 2100 x 1400 mm.

When installed with the metal support structure with stair and mezzanine, the overall dimensions reach 6150 x 2100 x 2400 mm. Alternatively, with the support structure without mezzanine, the dimensions are 5050 x 2100 x 2250 mm. The loading conveyor belt has overall dimensions of 3830 x 850 x 700 mm and the electric switchboard has overall dimensions of 1050 x 270 x 1000 mm.
