Gas turbo kiln FICOLA mod. TSF

The gas turbo kiln FICOLA mod. TSF is a unit designed for industrial firing cycles requiring thermal uniformity, reliability, and precise process control.

The kiln reaches a maximum working temperature of 1150°C and has a useful loading capacity of 3 m³, making it suitable for medium-scale production. The internal lining consists of ceramic fibre and refractory slabs, ensuring effective thermal insulation and optimized energy consumption.

The kiln is equipped with n° 2 cars with Vulkollan wheels, providing smooth movement and resistance to high temperatures. The combustion system includes n° 6 natural gas (CH4) burners with a total power of 450,000 kcal/h, ensuring even heat distribution.

It is complete with electric switchboard with ABLY mod. TC85 microprocessor, safety thermoregulator, automatic chimney opening controlled by microprocessor, and stainless steel heat exchanger, enhancing cycle control and energy efficiency.

The kiln operates with a 400 Volt – 50 Hz three-phase power supply, a standard industrial configuration ensuring stable and continuous operation.

When installed, the kiln has overall dimensions of approximately 2260 mm in width, 4150 mm in length, and 2590 mm in height, allowing integration into properly structured production departments.

Attention: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photos is not included. If required, it can be supplied separately. Only the first floor of slabs on the cars (hearth) and their supports are included.
