Extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 3 series D

The extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 3 series D is designed for ceramic extrusion, ensuring an indicative production rate of 12–15 kg/h. The 350 mm exit auger diameter provides reliable material conveying through the die holder mouth, supplied complete, with useful dimensions of 480 x 280 mm, suitable for the production of different extruded shapes.

The machine is equipped with a DVP oil vacuum pump, featuring a nominal capacity of 60 m³/h, essential to improve material density and product quality by eliminating residual air during processing.

It is powered by a 40 HP motor, operating at 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, and features a strong industrial-grade structure suitable for continuous production cycles.

The overall dimensions when installed are 2200 (width) x 3050 (lenght) x 1560 (height) mm.

Attention! Before use, the extruder must be completely emptied, as the material currently inside is dry.
