Description
The extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 2 series D is a compact and heavy-duty unit designed for processing and extrusion of clay bodies in the ceramic and brick industry, suitable for small to medium production lines. Its industrial design and technical configuration allow reliable and consistent operation.
The indicative production ranges between 4 and 6 tons per hour, making it suitable for medium-capacity production lines. The machine is equipped with an exit auger diameter of 250 mm, ensuring proper thrust and uniform material flow during the extrusion process.
It is complete with an oil vacuum pump, an essential component for improving material compaction and removing residual air, thus enhancing the final product quality. The extruder is also complete with extrusion mouth, featuring useful dimensions of 180 x 180 mm (width x height).
