Description
The filterpress RITTERSHAUS & BLECHER is designed for processing ceramic slips and liquid ceramic mixtures through a filtration process that separates water from the solid material, producing dewatered filter cakes for subsequent processing stages.
The machine is equipped with hydraulic closure and an automatic plate-shifting system, facilitating opening and discharge of the filtered material. It is fitted with 140 polypropylene plates, measuring 1500 x 1500 mm (width x height), and is supplied complete with used filter cloths and undercloths in good condition.
The filterpress is complete with a metal support frame and operator access platform, designed to facilitate access and operator activities during operation and maintenance.
