Disperser and mixer VICENTINI mod. 350

The disperser and mixer VICENTINI mod. 350 is designed for mixing, dispersion, and suspension maintenance of ceramic slip and pastes, ensuring a homogeneous material flow and consistent processing conditions. Its robust construction and functional configuration make it suitable for integration into material preparation systems.

The machine is equipped with a marine-type impeller made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a diameter of 350 mm and in good condition, designed to provide effective agitation even with highly viscous materials. The impeller operates at a speed of 210 rpm, ensuring stable and continuous mixing performance.

The shaft, made of iron, has a length of 880 mm and provides a solid and reliable support for the mixing assembly. The unit is also supplied complete with a support crosspiece and a support for a 500 x 300 mm vibrating sieve, increasing its versatility in processing and filtration stages.

The system is powered by a 1.5 HP motor, operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase supply, a standard industrial configuration ensuring continuous and reliable operation. The total weight of the machine is 150 kg, confirming its solid and stable construction.
