Description
The de-airing pugmill VICENTINI mod. IMP250M is a compact and heavy-duty unit designed for mixing and de-airing ceramic bodies, with an indicative production capacity of 1,700 kg/h. The cast iron machine body ensures structural strength and durability, while the two iron screws with 250 mm diameter provide consistent and homogeneous material processing.
The machine is equipped with two different extrusion barrels: a cylindrical barrel with 180 mm round outlet and a conical barrel with 250 x 80 mm rectangular outlet, allowing flexible production formats. For the conical barrel, four rectangular reduction dies are available: 165 x 80 mm, 160 x 65 mm, 190 x 85 mm, and 140 x 85 mm. For the cylindrical barrel, one nylon reduction die with 140 mm round outlet is included, designed to allow further reduction to 120 mm through an additional insert.
The de-airing process is ensured by an oil vacuum pump with capacity 70/84 m³/h, complete with supporting stand, with power rating 1.85/2.2 kW. The screws are driven by two 4 kW motors, with 400V / 50Hz three-phase power supply. The total machine weight is approximately 1,700 kg.
Overall dimensions are 900 x 2500 mm (+ 800 mm conical barrel) x 1100 mm, allowing installation even in limited working spaces.
Please note: before use, the de-airing pugmill must be completely emptied, as the material currently inside is dry.
