Description

The hydraulic press MATRIX HS.550 is a powerful and precise machine designed for the production of refractory materials. With its double piston system, pressing from both top and bottom simultaneously, it ensures uniform compaction and excellent product quality. The press delivers a maximum pressing strength of 550 tons, making it suitable for heavy-duty refractory applications.

The working area offers generous dimensions, with a useful space of 2760 mm between the working table and the upper crossbeam, and 1100 mm between columns. The working table measures 950 x 1000 mm, providing ample flexibility for moulds of different sizes.

The press is equipped with an automatic loading system, increasing productivity and reducing handling time. It currently mounts a refractory cassette mould with 20 x 20 cm dimensions and 11 slots, suitable for industrial-scale production.

The machine operates with a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply and integrates a complete hydraulic unit and electric switchboard. Its installed configuration has overall dimensions of 4000 x 3300 x 4600 mm, with a pit depth of 2300 mm. Despite its robust capacity, the press is designed for reliable and continuous operation in demanding production environments.
