Automatic longitudinal multi disk cutter TUNISI mod. LT251

The automatic longitudinal multi-disk cutter TUNISI mod. LT251 is designed to perform precise and continuous longitudinal cutting of ceramic materials, offering a versatile configuration that can be easily adapted to different production requirements. The machine is particularly suitable for applications requiring precise cutting width adjustment and continuous processing.

The cutting system currently consists of n°02 diamond discs with a diameter of 275 mm and allows an adjustable cutting width up to a maximum of 515 mm. The machine is also equipped with an adjustable blade holder turret, allowing the height of the discs to be adapted according to the characteristics of the material being processed.

Material handling is carried out by a 550 mm wide conveyor belt, whose speed can be adjusted through a motovariator, allowing the feeding speed to be adapted to different working conditions.

The cutter is complete with n°02 extra spacers, consisting of n°01 spacer measuring 100 mm and n°01 spacer measuring 30 mm, expanding the possible configurations of the blade holder system.

The machine is complete with an electric switchboard and is equipped with a 0.75 kW cutting belt motor. The system operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration ensuring reliable and continuous operation.

The machine has a total weight of 1620 kg, while its overall dimensions are 1350 x 3400 x 1650 mm (width x length x height).

Thanks to its multi-disk configuration, adjustable cutting width, adjustable blade holder turret, and additional spacers, the cutter TUNISI mod. LT251 represents a versatile and high-performance solution for longitudinal cutting operations in the ceramic industry.
