Slow agitator VICENTINI mod. LABOR 25 with tank

The slow agitator VICENTINI mod. LABOR 25 is designed for mixing and keeping ceramic slip, glazes and other liquid materials in suspension, ensuring slow and uniform agitation inside large-capacity tanks. Its robust construction makes it particularly suitable for ceramic plants requiring reliable and continuous operation.

The unit is complete with an iron tank featuring useful dimensions of 2500 x 1700 mm (diameter x height) and a total diameter of 2600 mm, providing a large capacity for material preparation and storage.

The mixing system consists of two iron rake-type paddles, designed to keep the material continuously in motion, preventing sedimentation and ensuring homogeneous mixing throughout the entire working cycle. The agitator crossbeam, with a length of 2700 mm, provides stable support and ensures correct positioning of the mixing system inside the tank.

The machine is also complete with a SIRSI bottom valve, allowing practical and efficient emptying of the tank at the end of the production process.

The system is powered by a 3 HP motor operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation.
