Gas turbo kiln MORETTI mod. FRNA/6 - 6,2 m3, 1400°C

The gas turbo kiln MORETTI mod. FRNA/6 is engineered to deliver efficient and precise firing up to a maximum working temperature of 1400°C, offering a useful loading capacity of 6.2 m³ within a firing chamber measuring 1030 (width) x 4000 (lenght) x 1500 (height) mm. The interior is fully lined with ceramic fibre insulation, ensuring optimal heat retention and reduced energy consumption.

The kiln is equipped with two cars, one operating in firing mode and the other in stand-by, both fitted with Vulkollan wheels to ensure smooth and stable handling even under high temperatures. The heating system relies on 12 burners powered by natural gas (CH4), each delivering 40,000 kcal/h, for a total thermal power of 480,000 kcal/h, guaranteeing rapid and uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber.

It comes complete with a thermocouple, electric switchboard with microprocessor, and safety thermoregulator, powered at 400V/50Hz three-phase, providing advanced and reliable control over the firing cycle.

Once installed, the kiln occupies overall dimensions of 2650 (width) x 5250 (lenght) x 2790 (height) mm.

Attention: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photos is not included; if required, it can be supplied separately. Included with the kiln are only the first-floor slabs (base layer) on the cars and their supports.
