Description
The extruder MORANDO mod. MVP 4 series E is designed to ensure efficient and continuous material extrusion, providing a reliable solution for the production of extruded products in the ceramic and refractory industries. Thanks to its robust construction and high performance, it is suitable for industrial applications requiring continuous operation and dependable performance.
The machine offers an indicative production capacity of 12/15 t/h and is equipped with an exit auger having a diameter of 400/500 mm (to be verified), designed to ensure a constant material flow throughout the extrusion process.
The extruder is supplied complete with an oil vacuum pump, which contributes to material de-airing and improves the quality of the extruded product. It is also complete with a die holder mouth, allowing the installation of different dies according to the required production.
The system is equipped with a 22 kW motor and operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration ensuring reliable and continuous operation.
With a weight of 6000 kg and overall dimensions when installed of 3800 x 2700 x 1750 mm (width x length x height), the MORANDO mod. MVP 4 series E extruder is a robust and high-performance solution for industrial extrusion lines.
Attention! Before use, the extruder must be completely emptied, as the material inside is dry.
