Description
The special die mouth for extrusion is a component designed to be installed on extruders used in the processing of ceramic and clay materials. This accessory allows the material to be properly guided and shaped during the extrusion phase, ensuring a uniform formation of the extruded product.
The die mouth allows maximum extrusion dimensions of 470 x 315 mm, making it suitable for applications requiring medium to large extrusion sections. It is suitable for extruders equipped with a 400 mm screw, such as the BONGIOANNI mod. 15M extruder.
The unit is complete with one die plate, featuring extrusion dimensions of 185 x 185 mm, allowing the formation of the extruded clay column according to the specified dimensions.
