The manipulator DALMEC mod. PARTNER PRS is a solution designed for assisted load handling in industrial environments, particularly suitable for operations requiring precision, smooth movement, and reduced operator effort.

It is a sliding overhead manipulator, rail-mounted, allowing a wide working area thanks to a travel on rails of 7000 mm. The unit has a maximum capacity of 220 kg and provides a vertical stroke of 1600 mm, enabling lifting and positioning operations at different working heights.

The manipulator features a maximum radius of 2400 mm and a working radius of 2070 mm, ensuring adequate operational coverage. It is equipped with 360° bell axis rotation, 300° intermediate pin axis rotation, and 360° tool axis rotation, guaranteeing high maneuverability and precise load positioning.

The power supply is 400 V / 50 Hz – three phases, and the total weight of the machine is 557 kg.
