Rotary press VICENTINI mod. FULGOR 260

The rotary press VICENTINI mod. FULGOR 260 is a machine designed for the pressing of products using metal moulds, ideal for productions requiring high productivity, precision, and continuous operation.

The press ensures a production capacity ranging from 300 to 600 pcs/hour, with a maximum working pressure of 90 bar. It allows the manufacturing of unfired products with maximum dimensions of 260 mm in diameter and 280 mm in height, while the minimum workable dimensions are 80 x 20 mm (diameter x height), ensuring wide production versatility.

The structure features a distance between columns of 900 mm and a useful stroke of the moving floor of 700 mm, providing stability and adequate operating capacity. The spindle speed ranges from 350 to 600 rpm, allowing the cycle to be adapted to different processing requirements.

The machine is complete with extractor for metal moulds, electric switchboard, and hydraulic unit, making it ready for operation. The installed power is divided into 9.2 kW for the spindle motor and 4 kW for the hydraulic unit motor, for a total power of 13.5 kW.
