Pugmill VICENTINI mod. DELTA-S

The pugmill VICENTINI mod. DELTA-S is a compact machine designed for the preparation and extrusion of ceramic bodies, ideal for laboratories, schools, art studios, and small productions requiring precision, continuous operation, and ease of use.

The machine provides an indicative production capacity of approximately 200 kg/h and is equipped with an outlet featuring a 70 mm clay rod diameter, making it suitable for processing different types of ceramic bodies.

The machine body is made of cast iron, a solution that ensures structural strength and good stability during operation. The pugmill is also complete with an inverter system for screw speed adjustment, allowing the operator to adapt the working speed according to different production requirements.

The machine is supplied complete with trolley, making handling and positioning inside the working area easier.

Installed power is 0.75 kW, with a 230 V / 50 Hz – single-phase power supply, a particularly practical configuration for laboratories and artisan workshops. The total weight is approximately 110 kg.

The overall dimensions of the pugmill are 935 x 300 x 780 mm (width x length x height), while the overall dimensions when installed on the trolley are 500 x 1350 x 1350 mm (width x length x height), ensuring a compact configuration that is easy to integrate into different working environments.
