The automatic rotative wire cutter OMG mod. CALIBRO 20-60 is designed for the automatic cutting of extruded materials, ensuring high precision, production continuity, and dimensional consistency of the finished product.

The machine is equipped with an automatic rotative wire cutting system, a solution particularly suitable for extrusion lines requiring high production rates and repeatable cutting accuracy over time. Thanks to this system, it is possible to obtain products with consistent dimensions and a good quality finish.

The cutting dimensions are adjustable, allowing the machine to be adapted to different production requirements. The cutter can process materials with maximum cutting dimensions of 220 x 640 mm (width x length, to be verified), making it suitable for various applications in the structural ceramics and extruded clay industries.

The machine can reach a maximum rate of 30 cycles per minute, a feature that makes it particularly suitable for production processes requiring high productivity and operational consistency.

The machine operates with a 400 V / 50 Hz – three-phase power supply, a standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation even during intensive use.
