Hydraulic press CMRM for metal moulds - 50 Ton

The hydraulic press CMRM is a robust portal press for metal moulds, designed for pressing operations requiring high force, precision, and reliability. Thanks to its solid structure and generous working dimensions, it represents a suitable solution for various applications in the ceramic and industrial manufacturing sectors.

The machine features a top-to-bottom pressing system and is capable of delivering a pressing force of 50 tons, ensuring excellent performance in the shaping of products using metal moulds. The piston has a diameter of 100 mm and a useful stroke length of 800 mm (+/- 100 mm to be verified), providing considerable flexibility for different production requirements.

The press is equipped with a working table measuring 740 x 800 mm, offering a large support area for moulds and processed materials. The machine is supplied complete with one metal mould, with approximate dimensions of 450 x 200 mm (to be verified).

The unit is powered by an 11 kW hydraulic system, operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz – three-phase power supply, a standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation. The hydraulic unit has overall dimensions of 700 x 700 x 950 mm (width x length x height).

The press itself has overall dimensions of 1830 x 1000 x 3350 mm (width x length x height), increasing to 2600 x 1000 x 3350 mm when fully installed and equipped for operation. These characteristics highlight the machine’s robust construction and make it suitable for integration into production departments dedicated to metal mould pressing processes.
