The vibrating sieve VICENTINI mod. SV 600 x 900 is designed for the screening and control of ceramic slip, ensuring effective removal of impurities and improved material consistency before subsequent production stages. Thanks to its robust construction and reliable performance, it represents an efficient solution for ceramic plants and industrial applications requiring continuous screening operations.

The machine is equipped with one screening net featuring a useful screening surface of 0.39 m², allowing the processing of an approximate nominal capacity of 4,000 litres, thus ensuring good productivity during slip screening operations.

The sieve is supplied complete with a stainless steel slip diffuser, which helps distribute the material evenly across the screening surface, improving separation efficiency and reducing the possibility of localized material accumulation.

The vibrating unit is powered by a 0.49 kW motor, operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, a standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation.

With a total weight of 150 kg and overall dimensions of 1070 x 800 x 450 mm (width x length x height), the vibrating sieve offers a compact footprint, making it easy to integrate into existing production lines or new slip preparation systems.

Condition notes: a corner is chipped, and a detached part is available and can be welded back.
