Mixer GIARETTA

The mixer GIARETTA is designed for mixing and keeping ceramic slips, glazes and liquid materials in suspension, providing a complete solution thanks to the integrated tank and mixing system. Its compact and functional configuration makes it suitable for laboratories and production departments requiring efficient and controlled material preparation.

The unit is supplied complete with a round fiberglass tank, featuring a useful capacity of approximately 300 liters and useful internal dimensions of 740 x 750 mm (diameter x height), and fitted with a tank lid for improved process management. The mixing system consists of an aluminum marine-type propeller with a diameter of 200 mm, mounted on a stainless steel shaft, ensuring good wear resistance and effective material movement.

The machine is complete with a shaft support crosspiece, support for a vibrating sieve, and a bottom discharge gate valve, allowing practical and efficient emptying of the tank. The discharge height from the ground is 700 mm, facilitating material collection and transfer operations.

The system is powered by a 1 kW motor, operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase supply, a standard industrial configuration ensuring reliable and continuous operation.

The overall dimensions of the mixer are 930 x 1100 x 1900 mm (width x length x height).
