Gas unit heater JUMBO mod. 90

The gas unit heater JUMBO mod. 90 is designed for heating industrial buildings, warehouses, production facilities and large working areas, providing a high air flow rate and efficient heat distribution. Thanks to its mobile wheeled design, it offers excellent flexibility and can be easily moved to different working locations according to operational requirements.

The unit is equipped with an ECOFLAM mod. BLU 170 P MC TC BM2 burner, fuelled by natural gas (CH4), delivering a nominal heat input of 104.65 kW and an air flow rate of 6000 m³/h, making it suitable for heating medium and large industrial spaces.

Fuel consumption is 10.49 m³/h of natural gas, alternatively 8.25 kg/h of LPG G30 or 8.13 kg/h of LPG G31, with a natural gas supply pressure of 20 mbar.

The heater features two 400 mm diameter air outlet connections and can also be configured with one single 500 mm diameter air outlet connection, providing greater flexibility to suit different hot air distribution systems.

The machine is supplied complete with 400 mm flexible ducts, a heat exchanger, three stainless steel flue pipes, and three stainless steel flue elbows, providing all the necessary components for proper flue gas evacuation.

The system operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz power supply and is equipped with a 1.76 kW motor, ensuring reliable and continuous performance in industrial applications.

The overall dimensions of the gas unit heater are 750 × 2050 × 1100 mm (width × length × height), making it a powerful yet easily movable solution for industrial heating applications.
