Rotary press VICENTINI mod. FULGOR 450

The VICENTINI mod. FULGOR 450 rotary press is designed for the forming of ceramic products using metal moulds, ensuring precision, repeatability, and continuous production. Thanks to its robust construction and rotary pressing system, it is a reliable solution for industrial applications requiring high operating performance.

The machine is a rotary press for metal moulds and is capable of producing unfired objects with a maximum diameter between 480 and 500 mm. The 655 mm distance between the columns and the 1085 mm useful stroke of the moving table provide a large working area and excellent versatility for handling moulds and products of different sizes.

The press is supplied complete with a hydraulic unit, ensuring effective control of the pressing operations and contributing to stable production performance.

The system is equipped with a 12 kW spindle motor and a 3 kW hydraulic unit motor, operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation even during intensive production cycles.

The overall dimensions of the rotary press are 1000 x 1100 x 2950 mm (width x length x height), while the hydraulic unit measures 650 x 700 x 1200 mm (width x length x height), providing a compact installation in relation to the production capacity offered.
