Automatic horizontal blade cutter

The automatic horizontal blade cutter is designed for the automatic cutting of extruded ceramic products and similar materials, ensuring precision, reliability, and continuous production. The machine was previously installed on a terracotta tile extrusion line, making it particularly suitable for this type of application.

The cutter is an automatic horizontal blade cutter equipped with a pneumatic piston blade actuation system, ensuring fast and consistent cutting cycles. The cutting dimensions are adjustable, and the cutting height can be increased by replacing the guide columns, providing greater flexibility to meet different production requirements.

The machine offers maximum cutting dimensions of 530 x 50 mm (width x height) and is equipped with a roller conveyor 450 mm wide at the infeed and 550 mm wide at the outfeed, ensuring smooth material handling throughout the production line.

The system operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation.

The overall dimensions of the cutter are 1100 x 2300 x 1650 mm (width x length x height), making it a compact solution that can be easily integrated into terracotta extrusion lines.
