The tool-type roll grinder for rolling mills is designed for grinding and reconditioning rolling mill rolls, allowing the restoration of dimensional accuracy and ensuring optimum performance during production. Thanks to its configuration complete with a positioning unit, it is a reliable solution for roll maintenance and refurbishment operations.

The machine is suitable for the BONGIOANNI mod. 7LR roller mill (to be verified) and features a useful carriage length of 1400 mm, allowing accurate and stable machining of large rolls.

The unit is supplied complete with a positioning unit, which ensures correct roll positioning during the grinding process, improving machining accuracy and operational efficiency.

The system is equipped with a 0.75 kW grinding unit motor and an 8.5 kW positioning unit motor, operating on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration that ensures reliable and continuous operation.

The overall dimensions of the tool-type roll grinder are 700 x 1700 x 900 mm (width x length x height), while the positioning unit measures 950 x 650 x 750 mm (width x length x height), allowing practical installation within maintenance and production departments.
