Brushing machine

The brushing machine is designed for the brushing of pressed refractory products, ensuring uniform and accurate surface treatment before subsequent production stages. Thanks to its robust construction and pneumatic handling system, it represents a reliable solution for the refractory and ceramic industries.

The machine allows the processing of workpieces with maximum dimensions of 500 x 400 x 200 mm (width x length x height) and is equipped with a pneumatic workpiece handling and brushing system, ensuring effective control of the brushing cycle.

The brushing machine is supplied complete with interchangeable workpiece supports, providing greater flexibility according to the different product formats to be processed. The machine is also supplied complete with brushes and spare brushes, simplifying maintenance operations and ensuring production continuity.

The system operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration ensuring reliable and continuous operation.

With overall dimensions of 1950 x 1150 x 1500 mm (width x length x height), the brushing machine is a compact and functional solution for the surface finishing of pressed refractory products in industrial plants.
