Hydraulic RAM press C.M.R.M mod. PSA T75

The hydraulic RAM press C.M.R.M mod. PSA T75 is designed for high-precision pressing operations, ensuring high pressing force, reliability, and robust performance in industrial applications. Thanks to its portal frame construction and long piston stroke, it is an ideal solution for the production of ceramic products using plaster moulds as well as for other applications requiring high pressing performance.

The machine is a portal press with a pressing force of 75 tons, equipped with a 200 mm diameter piston operating from top to bottom and featuring a useful stroke of 1100 mm, providing excellent operating capacity and versatility.

The press offers a 1300 mm column spacing and a working table measuring 1350 x 1000 mm, providing ample space for large moulds and workpieces.

The machine is also equipped with an air extraction device for plaster moulds, facilitating the release of the pressed product from the mould and improving production efficiency.

The system is powered by an 8 kW motor and operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply, the standard industrial configuration ensuring reliable and continuous operation.

The press has a weight of 5100 kg. Its overall dimensions are 2400 x 1660 x 4480 mm, while the electric switchboard measures 600 x 400 x 1150 mm.
