Gas turbo kiln FICOLA mod. TSF - 2,5 m3, 1300°C

The FICOLA gas turbo kiln mod. TSF is designed for firing ceramic and refractory products, providing high operating temperatures and uniform heat distribution throughout the firing chamber. Its configuration and loading capacity make it suitable for industrial applications in the ceramic sector.

The kiln reaches a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C and has a useful loading capacity of 2.5 m³. The internal insulation is made of ceramic fibre, providing effective thermal insulation and helping to reduce heat losses.

The heating system consists of 4 LPG burners, each with a thermal output of 300.000 kcal/h, giving a total installed thermal output of 1.200.000 kcal/h. The machine is complete with a heat exchanger and an electrical control panel with microprocessor for managing and controlling the firing cycle.

The kiln operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase power supply and has a stated electrical power of 348 kW.

Please note: the refractory kiln furniture visible in the photographs inside the kiln is not included in the sale. If required, it can be supplied and quoted separately. Only the first layer of slabs on the kiln cars (car floor) and their supports are included.
